Soave Classico DOP

Characteristics:

Between Verona and Padova is the town Soave renowned for its eponymous wine. It owes its reputation to the indigenous Garganega varietal from which this wine is produced. The aromatic freshness of lemon grass and melon are typical for this wine. A salty minerality as well as a refreshing fruit acidity, combined in moderate alcohol content, make this wine extremely popular. The Soave is superbly suited to traditional Italian dishes such as fish and pasta. A hint of "dolce vita" at home.
