The brick-red colour of this wine is typical for the grape variety Pinot Noir. On the nose there are aromas of cherries, cedar wood and bay leaves. The well integrated oak supports the velvety character of the wine.
Pedro Jimenez is a white grape variety originating from Spain, where it is capable to produce full-bodied wines which are high in alcohol content. The Chilean equivalent is rather characterized by a fine-fruity aroma of flowers, tropical fruit and a slightly nutty character.
