Characteristics

Shiraz is a grape variety that is at home all over the world. In South Africa, they are particularly dense and extract-rich. The ruby red wine shows blackcurrant, blackberry and ripe blueberry on the nose. The smooth tannins make it soft on the finish, where it pairs with a smoky spiciness.
