Ruby Cabernet is a rather young varietal, cultivated in California. This varietal, specially cultivated to match the climate conditions, yields red wines of brilliant color intensity. The fruit components in the glass are ripe cherry, cassis as well as red bell pepper. These attributes are equally present in the taste, tempered by soft tannins and hardly noticeable sweetness.
