Collection and storage of personal data; type and purpose of its use

a) When visiting the website

When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website’s server. This information is stored temporarily in a log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • the date and time of access,
  • the name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • the website from which access is made (referrer URL),
  • the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.

We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes:

  • to ensure that our website is easy to use,
  • to evaluate system security and stability, and
  • for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1, point (f), of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right:

  • to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR.   • to immediately demand the rectification of incorrect personal data concerning you or the completion of such data in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR;
  • to demand the erasure of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR, insofar as you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you oppose its erasure and we no longer require the data but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR;

Right to object
